According to the terms of use, refunds are available if any of the following conditions apply.
Courses marked as "Start learning" can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the member has not yet accessed the course content. Refunds are not available once the video has been played.
Courses marked as "Funding in progress" or "Funding successful" can be refunded before the official course launch.
Courses marked as "Funding unsuccessful" will be fully refunded by us.

Refunded amounts will be credited back to your credit card account, usually within 30 days depending on your card issuer.
