Our billing system (EC Pay) will automatically send an invoice to your Email address. However, the invoice is in Traditional Chinese. The title of the Email is “【學籽】電子發票開立通知”.
If you want a receipt in English, we provide it in the format shown here. Please contact us with the information you'd like to show on it, e.g. VAT numbers, name of the buyer, etc. Here's a sample of the invoice.
